Broken cameras, fuzzy images or cameras that have been moved out of position; you´ve experienced them all!

You normally discover only after a disaster that not every component of your system is working at its best. By then it´s too late! Link your StoreWatch system to StoreNet, and you´ll stay one step ahead of these problems. StoreNet actually takes over the organizational aspects of security and checks the system every 24 hours. This means that any problems are identified before it is too late.

24-hour control

StoreNet is the network for all StoreWatch systems in the Netherlands. You can subscribe to connect your StoreWatch system to StoreNet. Data from your StoreWatch system is sent to the central BigBrother server, where the following aspects are checked every 24 hours:

Reference image check

StoreNet also checks camera positions and the quality of the saved images as often as you want, by comparing them with saved reference images. These are the images taken by the cameras during installation. If, for example, the camera position has been changed during cleaning, or if the images are not clear, then this is picked up during BigBrother´s periodic checks.

On the basis of these checks, BigBrother will contact you as necessary by telephone, fax or email to discuss any action which may need to be taken.
